Our dramatic society has been established for over 70 years. Our membership is free and covers the age range 18 to 70 years. We usually perform two productions per year in Parkside Hall Woburn Street Ampthill and each production runs for 3 nights. As well as doing this we participate in other local events and activities as well as giving help, advice and experience to local school drama students.
We have a dedicated set building and storage facility. We meet for rehearsals on Monday and Thursday evening during our season but in any case have a club night on the first Monday of each month in Parkside hall where we have play readings, auditions etc. We have a social callendar which can include theatre trips, back stage trips, film nights and our annual Christmas Dinner which includes our awards ceremony. Whatever you do: acting, set building, painting, lighting or just helping out please come along and meet us.
